Replied to many emails and provided any assistance we can provide.

Updated the American-Leb prominent list with new nominations.

Added a profile section with more details and articles about featured American-Lebanese.

Continued to send out the newsletter featuring many profiles, businesses, books and events.

Promoted the Gibran stamp project and assisted that committee in spreading the word about the project.

Promoted the American Lebanese Medical Association convention to honor Dr. Michael Debakey and Dr. Philip Salem.
In addition to emails we faxed churches and clubs about the event to spread the word.

The majority of the accomplishments this year involved improving and changing the site.

The site domain from cedars1.com to www.cedarsusa.com

A new logo was created.

Continue to research and add more information to the site.

Supported the new Phoenician book because donations will go to charities in Lebanon.

Helped network several organizations that will benefit from each other.

Continued sending out the newsletter.

Our goal was to provide services as well based on the need of the readers.  The service section on the main page was added.

The article page was added so others could contribute and share articles and news.

The genealogy page was created with resources due to the many emails we got from readers
wanting to learn about their genealogy.

The section on Lebanon was added where students can find enough links to do research.  This included a page with data links, a page with sites in Lebanon, and our most popular page with links to villages in Lebnaon.

A resource section was added with such as finding music, photos, books, recipe books, etc.

Promoted several books and authors.

Added a page on community service with organizations in the U.S. and in Lebanon.

Added a page for American-Lebanese sites including businesses, personal, food, etc...
 

Stage one: the goal was providing basic information to help network people. (Skeleton)

Created a newsletter to share information about people, groups, clubs, events, etc..

Created several directories of clubs, organizations, etc.  with a feature story about each. 

Added an events page to list all American-Lebanese events.

Created the prominent American-Lebanese page.  This was done by using search engines and by researching some pre-existing lists.  After this was established it grew by readers sending us nominations of their relatives or friends or even self-referrals.
