House of Lebanon gathering and Raffle     Nov 14, 2003

There are four cash prizes $15,000 $7,000 $5,000 $3,000. The price of the raffle ticket is $100 (tax-deductible) and only 1000 tickets were printed. The drawing will be held on November 14, 2003 at 8:30 PM during the House of Lebanon bi-monthly get-together at Byblos restaurant. Winner do not need to be present and the raffle ticket is not a ticket to attend the event. Khalil Gibran    Nov- 8-2003   Dinner and show

On Saturday night, November 8, 2003, Actor and Dramatist Michel El-Ashkar will bring to life the late Lebanese artist and poet Kahlil Gibran in a two-act dramatic presentation at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.  Gibran--the subject of this one-man show--is well known in the western world as well as in the Middle East
and his book, The Prophet remains a perennial bestseller in the United States.

The Lebanese American Association Proudly presents Miss Emigrant USA, 2003.This event will be in association of their annual gala at  Hyatt Regency, San Francisco.  Qualification: ages 17 to 27, single and of Lebanese origin.
All Lebanese residing in the USA are invited to join in the festivities.
Proceeds will benefit the handicap and orphan children of Lebanon
